Own vineyards.
Variety: 100% Tinta del País.
Age of the vines: 40 years old, trellis system. Spring pruning to control the number of clusters. Approximate production: 5,000 kg per hectare.
Type of soil: Top soils are sandy, clay and limestone on lower layers
Tasting Notes:
Intense cherry red with purple touches, deep with intense glycerol presence.
Complex nose with good intensity, aromas of dark fruits with floral and liquorice nuances.
Delicate, elegant flavour, with youthful strength and aromas of fruit and liquorice.
